NIGERIA 2015*

Good Evening, Its the #PoliticalMasterClass. The last 48 Hours has indeed been stressful for a few of us... most of the time we have been on the edge of our seats while we humbly played our part and followed proceedings at the 3rd Convention cum Presidential Primaries of the All Progressives Congress which has led to the emergence of General Muhammadu Buhari (Rtd.) as the flagbearer of the party. FROM THE BEGINNING, BIOMETRIC SCANS WERE STRICTLY DONE FOR DELEGATES, THERE WAS NO BALLOT BOX SNATCHING, NO TEARGAS, NO GUNSHOTS, A CONTEST/COMPETITION AND NOT SOME 'RATIFICATION/CONSENSUS' WHICH IS GOOD FOR DEMOCRACY ACTUALLY HAPPENED, THE PROCESS WAS ENTIRELY RANCOUR - FREE AND YET... THE TOTAL VOTES CAST DID NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER OF ACCREDITED DELEGATES. EVEN AT THE END, EVERYONE ACCEPTS THE OUTCOME AS FREE, FAIR, BALANCED AND TRANSPARENT. IT WILL GO DOWN IN THE ANNALS OF HISTORY OF NIGERIA AS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION IN NIGERIA... ALBEIT ARGUABLY! For me the, APC has kept showing its mettle in the organization of party matters which will of course translate that we are indeed prepared to take over the reins of governace and provide all things necessary in the interest of the average Nigerian. Today and of course once again, I am indeed proud to be a card carrying member of the All Progressives Congress and I solemny assure you, #ChangeIsImminent.
